How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Risbow account and associated personal data, please send an email from the email address registered with your account to:
What to Include
- Subject line: Risbow Account Deletion Request
- Your registered email address or phone number
- A brief confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted
Processing Time
We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once complete.
Data Deleted
- Account profile information (name, email, phone)
- Order history and transaction data
- Saved addresses and preferences
- Authentication credentials
Data Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes (e.g., tax records for completed transactions) for the period required by applicable law. After that period, all remaining data will be permanently deleted.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all orders, rewards, and account history.
